Mazima entaana ezigulumizibwa, neziweebwa ekitiibwa – okusingiraddala abasiramu – mubiseera ebisinga obungi zentaana zab’asituzi b’obubaka bweddini abo abaatukiriza ebyo ebyabaweebwa kuno kunsi.

Abaawangala munsi nga tebalina kantu konna muyo okujjako okukolerera obusiramu nokuyigiriza abantu ebikwaata kumutonzi waabwe n’ebikwaata kunsi nekubitonde, nebirala bingi.

3- Abewaayo nebalwaanirira abantu okubajja mubulyaazamaanyi nobutabajjaako bintu byaabwe. Abo abaalwaanyisa obulyazamanyi nobulumbaganyi era nebalwanirira ekitiibwa ky’omuntu era nebayuwa omusaayigwaabwe olw’okuyimirizaawo amazima n’obwenkanya kubanga tekisoboka kujjawo nkola nkyaamu eyabalyazamaanyi okujjako ejjibwaawo nakuyiwa musaayi ogwabalwaanyi abaagala enkola yobusiramu.

Mazima abantu balambula entaana zabantu abo, nebakulukusa amaziga gaabwe, nebajjukira obuzira bwaabwe nokwewaayo kwaabwe nebasomera emitima gyaabwe Aya zaQur’an nga kirabo gyebali.

Mazima okulambula ebifo eby’abantu abo byebaziikibwaamu, kiringa kwebaza nakubawa kitiibwa olwokwewaayo kwaabwe, nokulangirira eri omulembe oguba guliwo nti eyo yempeera ey’abantu abakwaata ekkubo eddungi, ery’amazima nory’obulungamu, nokutaasa enzikiriza.

Mazima empeera yaabwe, kwekubajjukira okwolubeerera, nokuboogerako obulungi awamu nokubeera nga ekiseera kiwanvu ekiyiseewo oluvanyuma olw’okufa kwaabwe.

Nolwekyo, okusinziira kunsonga ezo, tuba tutegeera obukulu bw’okujjukira abantu abo abebitiibwa okwaabuli kiseera nokukuuma obuwufu bwaabwe nokujukira amazaalibwa gaabwe n’okufa kwaabwe n’okubamanyisa eri abantu nokubategeeza ensonga kwebaasinziira okwewaayo nokwewala buli kyonna ekiyinza okulinyirira ekitiibwa kyaabwe kubanga okugulumiza entaana zaabwe, kiraga kugulumiza nkola yaabwe nanzikiriza zabwe, era nga bwekiri nti okukakkanya entaana z’abwe kiraga kukakkanya nkola yaabwe nakitiibwa kyaabwe.

Munnaku zino, omuntu bwayingira muBaqi-e okulambula entaana zab’olulyo lwaNabbi (s.a.w) nentaana zabakulembeze bobusiram nabakuumi baabwo nentaana zaba swahaba, alaba entaana ezo nga ziri mumbeera eyawansi enyo enyoomebwa, eyewuunyisa olwobukuusiivu bw’emitima gyabawahaab abeyita nti bataasa babusiram era bakuumi baabwo kubanga ebiseera ebimu bwebabeera kubituuti, bogera ebirungi kubaswahaaba naye ate ebiseera ebimu baweebuula entaana zaabwe nebataziwa kitiibwa wadde okuzirongoosa nga zononese.

Naye ebigambo “Shirik” ne “Mushirik” byebyokka byebakasuukirira nabyo baHajji nabalambuzi kubanga bagulumiza abakulumbeze beddini nebawa abaagalwa bakatonda ekitiibwa, gy’obera nti abawahaabi balina ensaalwa n’obusungu kubaagalwa bakatonda nabakulembeze beddiiniye.

Kati ekiseera kino katwogere kukulambula entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w) nga twesembesa ebiraga obutuufu bwensonga eyo.

Okulambula entaana yomubaka owekitiibwa (s.a.w)

Tugenda kuleeta ezimu ku Aya zaQur’an ne hadith ezikoowoola abantu okulambula entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w). Nolwekyo, tusaba omusomi abeera nga yeyongera okwetegereza.

Obujulizi okuva mu Qur’an

Mazima Qur’an eyekittibwa eragira abakozi bebyonoono okugenda eri Nabbi (s.a.w) babeere nga bamusaba abasabire katonda okubasonyiwa kubanga okusaba kwaNabbi kwanukulwa mubo.

Katonda agamba:

“Singa ekiseera kyeberyazamanyirizaamu emitima gyaabwe, baakujjira nebasaba katonda okubasonyiwa, n’omubaka naye nabasabira okubasonyiwa, baalisanze katonda nga musonyiyi era nga musaasizi”([1])

Singa Aya eyo, yeyokka ebaddewo gyetusobola okwesembesa mukifo ekyo, twalibadde tugamba nti eyogera kuNabbi (s.a.w) mubiseerabye byabulamu byokka byeyamala nga alimubantu, naye okusinziira kumakulu agalimu, tulaba nga teyeyawulidde bulamu bwansi bwokka okusinziira kubino ebijja:

(i) Mazima Qur’an eyekitiibwa, eyogera butereevu nti BaNabbi n’abaagalwa bakatonda, n’abalala, balina obulamu oluvanyuma lw’okufa, era eb’ogerako nti balaba era bawulira. Eyo gyebabeera. Mopzi, tujja kweyongera okwogera ku Aya ezikwaata kunsonga eyo bwetunaaba tutuuse kukwogera butya bwetusobola okuyitira mumitima emitukuvu.

(ii) Hadith ezekitiibwa zitubuulira butereevu nti Bamalayika batuusa salam zaffe eri omubaka wenkomerero (s.a.w) nga bwekiri mubitabo “Aswihaah”: “Mazima omubaka wakatonda yagamba nti: teri muntu yenna ankubira Salamu okujjako nga katonda anzizaamu omutima gwange nemmala okudda mumuntu oyo salamu ye”([2]).

Era Nabbi (s.a.w) yagamba: “Munsaalireko, kubanga, mazima okunsaalirako kwamwe kuntukako okuva wonna wemuba mubadde”.([3])

(iii) Mazima abasiramu – okuva ebiseera ebyo – baafuna amakulu nga gabuna era nga tegakoma kukufa kwaNabbi (s.a.w). Era n’abawarabu abomubyaalo baali bajjanga eri Qabri yaNabbi (s.a.w) nebagirambula, nebasomerawo Aya zaQur’an era nebamusaba abasabire katonda okubasonyiwa.

Mazima Taqiyyu Ddini Assabake, mukitabo, “Shifa-u Siqaam” ne Sahamuhoode mukitabo “Wafa-ul wafa”, baayogera ebyokulabirako ebiraga nti abasiram baalambulanga entaana yaNabbi, nokusomerawo Aya zaQur’an.

Bino byebimu kubyokulabirako:

Yagamba Sufiyaan bn Ambar, okuva ku Al-Atabe – bombi baali mubagobeerzi ba Shafi-e era nga basomesa: Nali ntudde awali entaana y’omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w), omusajja munamalungu najja, n’agamba:

“Emirembe gyibeere gy’oli, owange ggwe omubaka wakatonda, nawulira katonda nga agamba: “Singa ekiseera kyeberya-zamanyikrizaamu emitima gyaabwe, baakujjira nebasaba katonda okubasonyiwa, nomubaka naye nabasabira okubasonyiwa, baalisanze katonda nga musonyiyi era nga musaasizi”, mazima nzize gyoli nga nkusaba onsabire okunsonyiwa ebyonoono byange, era nga nkusaba ompolereze eri omulezi wange.”

Oluvanyuma, yakaaba, n’agamba:

“Owange ggwe nanyini magumba agaaziikibwa muttaka

Ettaaka nebiryetolodde byafuna okwesiima okuva mukawoowo kamagumba.

Omutima gwange nguwaayo eri entaana gyeweebaseemu.

Mulimu ensa era mulimu okuwa n’okugaba.”

Oluvanyuma naasaba okumusonyiwa, n’aagenda.([4])

Era agamba Abu Sa-eed Assam-ani okuva ku Imam Ali bn Abi Talib (a.s) nti waaliwo omunamalungu eyajja oluvanyuma lwennaku ssatu okuva kukuziikibwa kwaNabbi (s.a.w), neyekasuka kuntaana yaNabbi(s.a.w), neyeteekako ettaka kumutweege, n’agamba:

“Owange ggwe omubaka wakatonda, wayogera, netuwulira ebigambobyo byewagamba, wawulira okuva kukatonda, naffe netuwulira okuva kuggwe. Nemw’ebyo byeyakussaako: “Singa ekiseera kyeberyazamanyirizaamu emitima gyaabwe, baakujjira nebasaba katonda okubasonyiwa, n’omubaka naye n’abasabira okubasonyiwa, baalisanze katonda nga musonyiyi era nga masaasizi”. Mazima nze neryazamaanya omutima gwange, naye nzize gyooli onsabire omulezi wange ansonyiwe”.([5])

Mazima ebyo byonna biraga nti ekifo ekyawaggulu katonda kyeyawa omwagalwaawe Muhamad (s.a.w) tekyeyawulidde mubula-mubwe mwokka. Wabula ekifookye ekyawaggulu kimusigalako okutuusa n’oluvanyuma lwokufaakwe.

Nemukutwaliza awamu, abasiram bakitwaala nga Aya zonna ezakka kuNabbi nga zimugulumiza era nga zimuwa ekitiibwa, zibuna obulamubwe noluvanyuma lwokufaakwe.

Mazima byajja mubyafaayo, Imam Hassan bn Ali (a.s) bweyamala okufa, baaleeta omulambogwe omutukuvu eri omuzikiti gwaNabbi (s.a.w), ba banu Umayya baalowooza nti ba Banu Hashim baagala kuziika Imam okuliraana Jajjaawe. Kale nebasiikuula fitina era nebakuba embekuulo. Ekiseera ekyo, Imam Hussain (a.s) yasoma Aya yakatonda (s.w) egamba: “Abange mmwe abakkiriza, temusitula maloboozi gamwe waggulu w’maboloozi gaNabbi”.

Era ekiseera ekyo, tewaali muntu yenna yamuddamu – nga ate nebabani Umayya boona baaliwo – nti oba Aya eyo yeyawulidde mubulamu bwaNabbi bwokka.

Era nolwaleero, osanga abawahaab nga bawwandiika Aya eyo nebagiteeka kukisenge ekitunulidde entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w) nga kyebategeezaamu kwekugaana abantu okusitula amaloboozi gaabwe mukifo ekyo.

Kale okusinziira kw’ebyo byonna, tuba tukifuna bulungi nnyo nti kisaana abasiramu okuyimirira awali entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w) bamusabe abasabire katonda okubasonyiwa.

Era teri kigendererwa kirala mukulambula ntaana yaNabbi (s.a.w) okujjako ekyo ekiri mu Aya eyo nemu Aya endala ezigifaanaana.

Mpozi. Aya eyo tusobola okugifunamu ebintu biriri:

1- Omuntu asobola okuyimirira awali entaana YaNabbi(s.a.w) abeere nga amusaba amusabire katonda okumusonyiwa, nga bwetugenda okukyoogerako mumaaso – Inshallah.

2- Mazima Aya eyo ewa obujulizi kukukkiriza okulambula entaana YaNabbi (s.a.w) kubanga okulambula tekukakata okujjako nga omulambuzi amaze okutuuka awali oyo gwagenze okulambula. Kale, bwekibeera nga okuyimirira awali entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w) nokumusaba atusabire katonda okutusonyiwa kikkirizibwa, tuba tufunamu ensonga bbiri:

1- Tuba tumusabye okutusabira katonda okutusonyiwa.

2- Tuba tutuuse waali era netwogera gyaali, nga okulambula bwekufaanana.

Okwesembesa okulala

Mazima okwegatta kwabasiramu kunsonga munsonga z’obusiramu mumirembe emyawukamu, kabeera akabonero akanjulukufu akalaga obutuufu bwensonga eyo nobunyweevu bwayo. Nokulambula entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w) eri emu kunsonga ezo. Amazima gayinza okweyoleka okusingako awo singa tuba tutunuddeko mubitabo bya hadith, Figh, Akhilaq n’ebya Tarekh, nokusingiraddala “Manaaskul Hajj” mubyo.

Mazima omugenzi Al-Allama Al-Amiine yayogera kubulungi bwokulambula entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w) okuva mubitabo amakumi ana mubibiri. Yayogera mukitabokye “Algadiir – Juzu 5, pg. 106 – 129 – ebikwata kunsonga eyo. Nebitabo ebirala byetwesigamirako kunsonga eyo, mulimu bino:

(i) “Shifa-u Ssiqam fi ziyarat khairil Anaam” kyawandiikibwa:

Taqiyyu Ddin Assabake Ashafi-e, yafa mumwaaka 706H. Yayogera mukitabo ekyo ebigambo ebyabamanyi bingi obunyweevu bwokulambula entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w).

(ii) “Wafa-ul wafa” ekya Ssamuhood, yafa mumwaaka 911 H. Era naye yateekamu ebigambo ebyabamanyi bingi ebikwaata kubulungi bwokulambula.

(iii) “Alfigh alal Madhahibil Aruba” – kirimu endowooza zabamanyi abamadhihab ana enjatiikirivu eri abasunni. Bagamba: “Okulambula entaana ya Nabbi gwemulimo ogusinga emirimo gyasunna obulungi okusinzira ku hadith ezirimu”.

Kati katuleeteyo kuzimu ku hadith ezikwata kukulambula entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w) okuva kuboogezi baazo.

Hadith ezikwaata kukulambula entaana y’omubaka (s.a.w)

Mazima Hadith ezekitiibwa – ezayogerwa n’abogezi ba hadith mubasunni nga zikwata kukulambala omubaka owekitiibwa (s.a.w) – mpitirivu era kumpi tekyetagisa kunonyereza nsibuko yaazo n’abo abaazogera. Mazima zawandikibwa mubitabo byabasiramu bonna okutwaaliza awamu, naye nga zonna ziraga nti okulambula entaana ya Nabbi (s.a.w) kwaali mumirimo emirungi, eminyweevu gyebali.

Olwobungi bwahadith ezoogera kunsonga eyo, tetujja kuzimalayo, wabula kijja kutumala okwoogerako entono muzo:

1- Hadith eva ku Abdullah bn Umar: mazima omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w) yagamba: “omuntu bwalambula entaana yange, okuwolereza kwange kumukakatako”.

Hadith eyo esangibwa mukitabo “Alfigh alal Madhahibi aruba” mujuzu esooka, olupapula 590. Era abamanyi abamadhihab ago, baawa endowooza zaabwe okusinziira kuhadith eyo. Okumanya ebisingawo, oyinza okugenda mukitabo “wafa-ul wafa” juzu 4, olupapula 1336.

Mubutuufu, hadith eyayogerwa okuva wakati mukyaasa ekyokubiri okuva mumasenguka okutuusa olwaleero, tetuyinza kugamba nti oba njingirire teriiko nsibuko.

Sheikh Tagiyyu Ddini ssabake yanoonyereza ku Hadith eyo, ensibuko yaayo, n’abogezi baayo mukitabokye “Shifa-u Ssiqam”, n’akakasa obutuufu bwaayo – pg. 3. 11.

2- Yagamba omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w): “Omuntu yenna bwajja okunambula (nga kyekimuleese), kiba kinkakatako okubeera omuwolerezaawe kulunaku olwenkomerero”. Mazima bahafidh n’abogezi bahadith kumi namukaaga abaayogera hadith eyo mubitabo byaabwe era ne tagiyyu ddini naye yajoogera mukitabokye kyetwayogeddeko emabega, era nga bwesangibwa mukitabo kyassamuhoodi – wafa-ul wafa: Juzu 4, pg. 1340.

3- Yagamba omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w): “Omuntu bwalambula enyumba yakatonda, natannambula, aba ankyaaye”.

Bama Sheikhe abakulu nabakwaasi bahadith mwenda abaajogera.

4- Yagamba omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w): “Omuntu bwakola Hijja n’alambula entaana yange, oluvanyuma lwokufa kwange, abeera nga annambudde mubulamu bwange”.

Mazima aboogezi bahadith abaatikirivu amakumi abiri mubataano abaayogera hadith eyo mubitabo byaabwe. Taqiyyu Ddini ssabake yayogera kunsibuko ya hadith eyo mukitabokye nga ssamuhoodi naye bweyajogerako mukitabokye, Juzu 4, pg. 140.

5- Yagamba omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w) “Omuntu bwalambula entaana yange (oba: bwanambula) mbeeraa muwolerezaawe”.

Bamuhaddith nebahafidh kumi nabasatu abayogera hadith eyo era ssamuhoodi yaboogera mukitabokye: Juzu 4, pg. 1347.

6- Yagamba omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w): “Omuntu bwanambula, oluvanyuma lwokufa kwange, abeera nga anambudde mubulamu bwange”.

Ezo zezimu kuhadith zetuleese nga ekyokulabirako okuva muhadith enyingi ezaava kuNabbi (s.a.w) ezikoowoola abantu okugenda okulambula entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w).

Mazima omugenzi Shaikh Al-Amiine – mukitabo Algadiir- yabala hadith 22 ezikwaata kunsonga eyo. Ate Ssamuhoodi naye – mukitabokye: Juzu 4, pg. 1336 – yabala hadith kumi namusanvu era n’ayogera kunsibuko yaazo n’aboogezi baazo awatali kwongeramu.

Kale Nabbi (s.a.w) bw’abeera nga yakoowoola abantu okulambula entaanaye eyekitiibwa, kiba kiraga nti mulimu emigaso miyitirivu nyo era nga egyimu gisangibwa mukulambula abebitiibwa abalala.

Mazima abasiramu olwokulambula entaana yaNabbi (s.a.w), bategeera ensibuko yobusiramu, ebyaaliwo mumirembe egyasooka n’ebyo ebigwaawo ebiseera bino balyoke babisaasaanye munsi yonna.

Abawahaab byebeekwaasa kukugaana okutongola olugendo olw’kulambula entaana

Abawahaab – kirabika – bakkiriza okulambula naye kyebagaana kwekutongola olugendo nga ekigendererwa mulwo kulambula.

Muhamad bn Abdul Wahaab agamba mubbaluwa eyokubiri:

“Kiri mu Sunna okulambula Nabbi (s.a.w) naye tekikkirizibwa kusiba ngugu okujjako nga lwakulambula muzikiti nakusaaliramu”.

Ne hadith gyebekwaatako kukuziyiza okulambula yeyo eri mubitabo byabwe eyava ku Abi Hurairah!! Nga agamba: Yagamba omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w): “Engugu tezisibibwa okujjako eri emizikiti esatu: omuzikiti gwange guno, nogwe Makka ne Aqiswa”.

Hadith eyo ate yajjira mukifananyi ekirala: “Mazima emizikiti esatu egyikolerwaako olugendo: omuzikiti gwa kaaba, nomuzikiti gwange nomuzikiti gwa Eliya”.

Era erina n’kifananyi ekirala kyeyajjiramu: Engugu zisibibwa lwamizikiti esatu...”

Tewali kubuusabuusa hadith eyo kubeera mubitabo ebirimu hadith entuufu naye tetulina kyetuyinza kwogera kuhadith eyo kubanga Abi Huraira alina enkolaye. Ekigendererwa kyaffe gemakulu ga hadith.

Kale katukitwaale nti enjatuza ya hadith y’eno: “Engugu tetambulwa okujjako eri emizikiti esatu...”.

Kiri mubintu ebikakafu ebimanyiddwa nti enyukuta “إلا” (okujjako) yakulobola (okwaawula) ebirobolwa nga ebyawula okuva mubyebirobolwaamu. Bwejja, wateekwa okubaawo ebiroboddwaamu ebitali ebiroboddwa – nga emizikiti. Era nga biteekwa kunyonyolwa. Naye nga bwebitaliiwo mu hadith, biyinza oggeraageranyizibwa munjogera ya hadith. Wabula nga tetunnaba kulaza eri ebiraga ebiriwo, kisoboka okugerageranya ebiroboddwa okuva mubyo, mubifaananyi bibiri:

1- Tetambulwa kugenda eri mizikiti mumizikiti jonna okujjako emizikiti esatu...

2- Tetambulwa kugenda eri kifo mubifo byonna okujjako eri emizikiti esatu...

Mazima okutegeera hadith nokumatiira amakulu gaayo kyetagisa kimu kweezo engeraageranya ebbiri ezogeddwa. Bwetuba tulonzeeko engeraageranya esooka, gaba amakulu ga hadith butatambula kugenda eri muzikiti gwonna mumizikiti okujjako emizikiti esatu, era ekyo kiba tekitegeeza butakkirizibwa kugenda eri kifo kyonna kawabeere nga teri muzikiti. Olwonno kuba tekubuna okuziyiza kwahadith muntu agenda olwokulambula baNabbi Neba Imam, abakulembeze abatukuvu ko, nabalongoofu kubanga ekiteekeddwawo okunonyereza-ako, kugenda eri mizikiti nga ojj’eko emizikiti esatu ej’ogeddwaako.

Wabula okugenda okulambula ebifo ebitukuvu tekubunwa nakuziyizibwa kwahadith era okulambula tekuyingira mukitekeddwaawo okunoonyerezebwaako.

Ebyo, byangerangeranya esooka.

Ate kungeraageranya eyokubiri, ekikakata muyo, kibeeranga engendo zoona ezeddini – nga ojjeeko ebifo ebisatu ebyogeddwa – ziziyizibwa tezikkirizibwa kalube olugendo lubadde lwakulambula muzikiti oba bifo birala.

Wabula engeraageranya nebiraga, biraza nti engeraageranya esooka, yentuufu kukuzimbira kubutuufu bwaboogezi bahadith nokujibala nti ntuufu.

Engeraagernya eziraga obutuufu bwokungeraageranya esooka zezino nga bwezijja:

1- Kubanga emizikiti esatu jejiroboddwamu, nokulobolwamu kweyunze era kukwatagana nebiroboddwa okuva mubyebirobod-dwamu nga najo gyemizikiti sossibifo.

2- Singa ekigendererwa kyaali kyakuziyiza ngendo zonna ezeddiini, okuziyiza kwalibadde tekweyawulira mubifo ebyo byokka kubanga abantu batambula nebagenda mubitundu bingi nga mubiseera bya Hijja abantu bagenda mu Arafaat, Mashi-ar ne Mina. Kale singa engendo ezeddiini – okujjako emizikiti esatu – zaali haraam, lwaaki ebitundu ebyo bigendebwamu?

3- Mazima Qur’an eyekitiibwa ne hadith byaalaza kuzimu kungendo ezeddini era nebibeera nga byakubiriza abantu muzo’ nga okutambula olwokulwaana mukkubo lyakatonda, okunoonya okumanya, okuyunga oluganda, okulambula abazadde nendala nyingi. Mu Aya zaQur’an mwemuli: “Singa mubuli kibinja muvaamu abantu nebagenda nebakenkuka muddini (oluvanyuma) nebatiisa abantu baabwe bwebaba bazzeeyo gyebali obeera olyawo byinza okutya”.([6])

Nolwekyo, abanoonyereza abakulu kyebaava baavvuunula hadith gyetwogeddeko emabega, nga bwagamba, Gazaali mukitaabo “IHIYAA –UULUMUDDIINI”.

“Ekitundu ekyokubiri: Era (omuntu) kwekutambula olwensonga yokwesinza, nga Hijja oba Jihaad... era omwo muyingiramu: okulambula entaana zaba Nabbi (a.s) nokulambula entaana zaba swahaaba n’aba abaabaddirira, nabamanyi bonna n’abaagalwa bakatonda, nabuli yenna afunibwaako omukisa nga alabiddwako mubulamubwe, asigala afunibwaako omukisa nokumulambula oluvanyuma lwokufaakwe. Era kisaana okusiba engugu olwekige-ndererwa ekyo era ekigambo kyaNabbi (s.a.w) tekigaana ekigamba nti “Engugu tezisibibwa okujjako eri emizikiti esatu: omuzikiti gwange ogwo, ne masjidil Haraam ne Masjidil Aqswa”. Kubanga egyo gyonna gibalibwa mumizikiti era jenkanankana mukitiibwa kyaajo. Naye bwekitabeera bwekityo, tewali njawulo wakati wakulambula ntaana zabaNabbi nabaagalwa bakatonda n’abamanyi munsibuko yempeera wadde nga baawukana mubitiibwa okusinziira kukwawukana kwamadaala gaabwe ewakatonda”.([7])

Nolwekyo, tukifuna nti ekyaziyizibwa muhadith kwekusiba engugu okugenda eri ejitali mizikiti egyo esatu mumizikiti jonna. Kale, hadith terina wekwaataganira nakulambula oba kunsonga endala ezeddiini.

Nenkomerero yabyonna, tugamba nti mazima Nabbi (s.a.w) bweyagamba nti “engugu tezisibwa okujjako eri emizikiti esatu...”, aba tategeeza nti okugenda eri emizikiti emirala kiri haraam (tekikkirizibwa) wabula ategeeza nti okugenda eri emizikiti emirala tekikakata oba okwewaayo mubuzibu obuba buliwo mukujirambula, kubanga emizikiti emirala jonna tegirina njawulo yamaanyi wakati waajo mubulungi bwaajo. Omuzikiti kagubeera mukibuga oba mukyaalo, tegirina njawulo wakati waajo.

Kale kiba tekyeetaagisa kusiba ngugu nti ogenda eri ogumu kujo naye ate omuntu bwagenda aba takoze haraam oba okwawukana kumateeka geddiini.

Nekiraga ekyo, ky’ekyo ekyayogerwa mubitabo – Swihaah ne Sunan: “Omubaka wakatonda yali ajjanga mumuzikiti ogwe Quba nga yebagadde oba okutambula n’asaaliramu eraaka bbiri”.([8])
