OKULAYIRA NEKITALI KATONDA

Mazima okulayira nekitali katonda nsonga munsonga enkulu eri Abawahaab zebatera okwanguyirira okulangirira mubigambo bya-abwe nemumakalaamu gaabwe.

Kale nga oyo “Swan-an” – omu kubatunzi bebitabo mubawahaab – atwaala okulayira ekitali katonda nti Shirik!!([1])

Nga era omutunzi wekitabo “Al-Ahadiyyat Sanyiyyat” bweyakutwaala nti shirik ntono.([2])

Ffe nno, mukiseera kino, kulwamaanyi gakatonda katutandike okunoonyereza kunsonga eyo nga tukozesa ekitabo kyakatonda nenkola yomubakawe neba Imam abatukuvu (a.s) era nga bwetugenda okufuna ekitangaala kunsonga eyo – nemunsonga zonna.

Obujulizi obulaga okulayira ekitali katonda

1- Qur’an eyekitiibwa, kyekizito ekinene era y’omukulembeze owawaggulu, ekyokulabirako ekirabwaako eri buli musiraamu.

Bwotunulako muQur’an, osangamu Aya makumi namakumi ezogera kukulayira ekitali katonda Ebyokulabirako:

Katonda owekitiibwa – mussuula Shamsi yokka – yalayira ebintu munaana mubitondebye: enjuba, ekitangaala kyenjuba, omweezi, ebiseera byomusana, ekiro, eggulu, ensi, omutima gwomuntu.

Era nga bweyalayira musuurat Naz-at ebintu bisatu, n’alayira ebintu bibiri musuurat mursalaat era nabwekityo musuurat Tariq, Qalam, Aswir ne balad.

Nebifo ebirala bingi nga:

“Ndayidde  Tiin ne zaituun (bika byabibala) n’olusozi sinai, nekibuga ekyo ekyemirembe”.([3])

“Ndayidde ekiro bwekiba kibisse, nomusana bweguba gweyolese”.([4])

“Ndayidde amakya n’ebiro ekkumi, n’omuwendo ogwenkana-nkana, n’ogwensusuuba, nekiro bwekiba kigenda”.([5])

“Ndayidde olusozi (Tuur) nekitabo ekyawandiikibwa mweebyo ebyawandiikabwaamu ebyanjuluze, nenyumba eyazimbibwa neggulu, nennyanja enzijuvu”.([6])

“Ndayidde obuwangaazibwo, mazima bbo bali mububuze bwaabwe babutaabutana”.([7])

kale bakijjawa okulamula nti okulayira ekitali katonda Shirik oba haraam awamu n’okubeerawo kwa Aya ezo zonna?!

Omwogezi bwagamba nti okulayira okwo kweyawulidde ku Allah yekka,

Tumugamba nti nedda, kubanga Qur’an kitabo, ekirungamya abantu, era bakifuula kyakulabirako, era singa okulayira okwo kwaali haraam, Qur’an yalibadde ekwewaza abantu era nennyonyola nti okulayira okufaanana bwekutyo kweyawulidde kukatonda owekitiibwa.

Nolwekyo, okusirika kwaQur’an kiraga nti tekweyawuliidde kukatonda yekka.

Waliwo abatamanyi bigendererwa bya Qur’an, abagamba nti kisoboka ekintu okubeera ekirungi bwekiba kifulumye mukatonda, naye bwekiba kifulumye mumuntu, nekibeera kibi. Okwanukula omuntu nga oyo, kwangu kubanga singa okulayira ekitali katonda kubeere shirik, nakufaananya ekitali katonda nekatonda, lwaaki shirik eyo – kebeere ntono oba nedda – yava mukatonda (s.w)?! Abaffe, katonda asobola okwetekako ekimufaanana ate n’agaana omulala okukikola?!

2- Nabbi (s.a.w) yalayira ekitali katonda mubifo bingi, mubyo:

1- Muslim yagamba mukitabokye – Swahiih:

“Omusajja yajja eri Nabbi (s.a.w) n’agamba: Owange ggwe omubaka wakatonda, Saddaakaki esinga okubeeramu empeera ennyingi?

N’amugamba: ndayidde taatawo, ojja kutegeera; kwekusaddaaka nga oli mulamu, era nga kyosaddaaka okyaagala, otya obwaavu naye nga osuubira empeera yaamu egenda okusigalawo”.([8])

2- Era muslim yagamba:

“Omusajja yajja eri omubaka wakatonda – okuva eNajdi – nga abuuza kubusiraamu. Omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w) n’agamba: esswala ttaano emisana n’ekiro.

N’agamba: Abaffe nkakasibwaako nebirala ebitali ebyo?

N’omugamba: Nedda ... okujjako okukola okwokweyagalira. Mpozzi n’okusiiba omweezi gwa Ramadhan, omusajja n’agamba: nkakasibwaako nebirala?

N’amugamba: Nedda ... okujjako okukola okwokweyagalira. N’amubuulira (omubaka wakatonda) okutoola zakat.

Omusajja namugamba: waliwo nebirala?

N’amugamba: Nedda, okujjako okweyagalira.

Omusajja n’agenda nga bwagamba: ndayidde katonda, Siyinza kwongera kweebyo wadde okubikendeezaako.

Omubaka wakatonda nagamba: yesiimye – ndayidde taatawe- bwaaba nga ayogedde mazima”.([9])

3- Era hadith eyo yennyini yajja mumusnad ya Ahmad bn Hambal, naye kunkomerero yaayo. Nabbi yamugamba:

“... Ndayidde obuwangaazi bwange, singa olagira okukola emirimo emirungi, n’oziyiza okukola obubi kyekirungi okusinga okusirika”.([10])

Era waliyo ne hadith endala([11])  ezitajja kunyonyolwa wano olwobufunda bwekitabo. Ne Imam Ali bn Abi Talib (a.s) atwaalibwa nga ekyokulabirako ekyeyolefu mukulera ekibiina ky’obusiraam, yelayira yye kennyini okusukka omulundi ogumu mumbuliriraze, mumabaluwa nemubigambobye ebyabulijjo([12]) nga Abubakar bn Abi Quhaafa bweyalayira taata womuntu gweyali ayogera naye.([13])

Amadhihab ana nokulayira ekitali katonda

Nga tetunnaba kuleeta bujulizi bwabawahaab bwebesembesa kukuziyiza okulayira ekitali katonda, ekisinga obulungi kwekusooka okuleeta fatuwa zaba Imam abana ezikwaata kunsonga eyo.([14])

Hanafiyya: Bagamba nti okulayira taata oba obulamu nga ekigambo ky’omusajja: ndayidde taatawo oba ndayidde obulamubwo – nebifaananako bwebityo, biri makrooh.

Malikiyya: Bbo, bagamba nti okulayira abebitiibwa, n’abatukuvu, nga Nabbi ne kaaba, kulimu ebigambo bibiri: obwaharaam n’okutamwa, naye ekyatikirivu wakati waabwe kwekubeera haraam.

Shafi-eyya: Bagamba nti okulayira ekitali katonda, bwekutabeera shirik, kubeera makrooh (kutamwa).

Hanaabila: Bagamba nti okulayira ekitali katonda, nebitendobye, haraam – kakubeere kulayira Nabbi (s.a.w) oba omu kubagalwa bakatonda(s.w).

Ebyo bebigambo byaba Imam abamadhihab ana, naye kati tetuli mukuwakanya abagamba mubo nti okulayira okwo kuli haraam, oba nti fatuwa zaabwe zikoonagana ne Qur’an, ne sunna zaNnabbi (s.a.w) nenkola yabagalwa baktonda owekitiibwa oba nti abamanyi abamadhihab gano baasiba omulyango gwa Ejtihaad gyebali, kale nebabeera nga bawalirizibwa okujja enkola yaabwe kuba Imam bamadhihab ana gokka.

Ate era tetukakasa nga ebigambo byebabateekako ebikwaata kunsonga gyetuliko bituufu, kubanga alQastalaane yayogera([15]) okuva ku Malik bn Anas nti yali agamba okutamwa kwokulayira ekitali katonda.

N’ebyo byebagamba nti Hanaabila yagamba nti haraam, sibituufu kubanga Ibn Qudaama agamba – mukitabo Almugni ekyo kyeyawandiika olw’okwaagala okuzza obupya figh wa Hanaabila – nti Ibn Hambali yatoola fatuwa ekiiriza okulayira Nnabbi (s.a.w) era nekutuukirira kubanga ali omu kumpagi ebbiri ezobusiraam, era yagamba – Ahmad:

“Singa omuntu alayira Nanbi, ekirayirokye kikakata era bw’aba akyawukanyeeko, omutango gumukakatako”.

Okusinziira kw’ebyo byonna ebiyise... tekisoboka kukakasa nti omu kuba Imam abamadhihab ana gayinza okutoola fatuwa egaana okulayira ekitali katonda(s.a.w).([16])

Owange ggwe omusomi owekitiibwa, oluvanyuma olwokulaba fatuwa zaba Imam abamadhihabu ana, katuleete hadith ebbiri abawahaab zebekwaatako kukuziyiza okulayira ekitali katonda kwebasinziira okuyiwa omusaayi gwabantu abatalina musango, era nebakasuukirira obukadde bwabasiraamu nekigambo bukaafiiri:

Hadith esooka:

“Mazima omubaka wakatonda yawulira Umar nga agamba: ndayidde taata wange, n’amugamba: mazima katonda abaziyiza okulayira bataata bammwe. Omuntu buli lwayagala okulayira, alayirenga katonda oba okusirika”([17])

Okwanukula:

(i) Obeera olyaawo, okuziyiza okulayira ababazaala lwakuba nti baali bakola shirik era nga basinza amasanamu kale baba tebalina kitiibwa oba okugulumizibwa, omutnu alyooke abalayire nga bwekyajja muhadith endala okuva kuNnabi (s.a.w)

“Temulayiranga bataata bammwe wadde amasanamu”([18])

Era waliwo nehadith endala:

“Temulayiranga bataata bammwe, wadde bamaama bammwe, wadde ebitali katonda”([19])

(ii) Ekigendererwa mukuziyiza okulayira abazadde, kwekulayira okwo okubeera mukulamula nemunkayana, n’okwo okujjawo enjawukana, kubanga abamanyi b’obusiraamu begatta kukubeera nga okulayira okujjawo enjawukana nennyombo, kwekulayira katonda nebitendobye ebyobwanannyini byokka, naye ebitali ebyo, tekukakata.

Kale awamu nebiraga ebyo byonna kijja kitya okugamba nti Nabbi (s.a.w) yagaana okulayira ebitukuvu … nga Qur’an, kaaba, n’abagalwa baktonda – awamu n’okubeera nga kwaali mukifo ekyeyawulidde ate nga era Nnabi yye kenyini yali alayira ebitali katonda?

Hadith eyokubiri:

“Omusajja yajja eri Ibn Umar n’amubuuza: nyinza okulayira kaaba?

N’amugamba: Nedde, naye layira omulezi wa kaaba, kubanga Umar yali alayira taatawe, omubaka wakatonda n’agamba: tolayira taatawo, kubanga mazima yenna alayira ekitali katonda, aba akoze shirik”.([20])

Okwanukula:

(i) Hadith eyo erimu ensonga ssatu:

(i)        Omusajja yajja eri Ibn Umar n’agamba: nyinza okulayira kaaba? N’amuddamu: Nedda, wabula layira omulezi wakaaba.

(ii)       Umar bn Khattab yali alayira taatawe, Nabbi (s.a.w) n’amugaana.

(iii)     Omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w) yaleeta ensonga n’agamba:  “Omuntu bwalayira ekitali katonda aba akoze Shirik”.

Ekitegeerekeka muhadith, nga bwekiri mubigambo byomubaka, okulayira okwo, kuziyizibwa, singa ekirayirwa kiba sikitukuvu – nga omukafiiri n’amasanamu.

Naye Ibn Umar yye yaddiri ekigambo kyaNnabbi “Omuntu bwalayira ekitali katonda aba akoze Shirik” ekyaali kyoogera kw’oli eyalayirwa nga mushirik – khattab, taata wa Umar – n’alwowooza nti kibuna okulayira nekitukuvu, nga kaaba, songa ekigambo kyaNnabbi kikwaata kw’oyo alayirwa nga agatta ku Allah nekintu ekirala nga bwetumaze okukyanjuluza.

Nga bwetukyogeddeko, Nnabbi (s.a.w) yali alayiranga nnyo ebitali katonda, kale ekigambokye “omuntu bwalayira ekitali katonda aba agasse kukatonda” tukiteeke kw’oyo alayira omuntu omushirik agatta katonda nebirala, so ssi oyo alayira ebitukuvu, nga Qur’an, kaaba neNnabbi (s.a.w) kubanga Nnabbi essira yaliteeka ku Umar eyalayira taatawe – eyali omwesinza wamasanamu.

Kale hadith eyo, okugiteeka kubalala kwaali kufuba kwa Ibn Umar era ebyo bikwaata kuye yekka.

Mpozzi kyetwebuuza, lwaaki Nabbi yatwaala okulayira omushirik okubeera shirik?

Twanukula nga tugamba nti lwakubanga, okumulayira kubeera ngeri yakumuwagira, nakumugulumiza nakukakasa eddiiniye enfu nenzikirizaye enkyaamu.

Nemukomekkereza: Ffe tukkiriza ensibuko yahadith, naye endewooza ya Ibn Umar ne ejtihaad gyeyakola, tetubikkiriza okusinziira kukwawukanakwe kunkola y’omubaka (s.a.w) nenkola yabaswahaaba, era ekigambo kya Nnabi, kyeyawulira oyo Umar gweyalayira, naye tekibuna bitukuvu byabusiraamu.

Ate ebikwaata kukulayira kaaba ne Qur’an neba Nnabbi nabagalwa baktonda – okutali mukulamula oba munkayana – okwo kuli bweru era tebeera Shirik wadde okubeera haraam.

(ii) Okwanukula kuno, kuyinza okubeera okwanjulukufu okusinga okusoose era kwekuno: Ekigambo  kyaNnabbi “Omuntu bwalayira ekitali katonda aba agasse kukatonda”, kiraga kulayira okweyawulidde nga kwekulayira amasanamu – nga laat, Uzza – gokka era tekibuna muntu k’abeere mushirik. Era ekigambo kya Nasa-e mukitabokye okuva kuNnabbi (s.a.w) kiwagira okwamkula okwo.

Yagamba:

“Omuntu bwalayira n’agamba mukulayirakwe: ndayidde Laat, ne Uzza, kirungi agambe: teri yesinzibwa okujjako katonda”.([21])

Era mukitabo ekyo kyennyini, yagamba: Nabbi (s.a.w) yagamba: Temulayiranga bataata bammwe wadde bamaama bammwe wadde ebitali katonda”.

Hadith esooka eraga nti obukyaafu bwomulembe gw’obutamanya bwaali bukyaali mumitima gyabantu abamu, kale baali balayiranga amasanamu gaabwe gebesinzanga mukifo kyakatonda. Era Nnabbi (s.a.w) kwekubalagira bagambe nti teri mulala yesinzibwa okujjako Allah olwokumalawo ebirowoozo byebaalina mumulembe ogwobutamanya.

Era tukifuna bulungi okuva mubigambo Imam Hambal byeyagamba nti ekigambo kyaNabbi “Omuntu bwalayira ekitali katonda aba akoze shirik” yali hadith eyeyawulidde, naye Ibn Umar olwajja nga ayingizaamu ebyokulayira abazadde nebitukuvu nga ate tebyaalimu.

Hadith, Imam Hambal gyatubuulira okuva ku Nnabbi y’eno:

“Okuva ku Ibn Umar, yagamba: Taata yali alayira, Nabbi n’amugaana. Namugamba: Omuntu alayira ekintu kyonna ekitali katonda aba agasse kukatonda”.([22])

Era olaba nga hadith ya Nnabbi (s.a.w) yetongodde okuva kubigambo bya Ibn Umar kubanga tewali kigambo kyonna kigatta wakati wabigambobye nahadith yaNnabbi (s.a.w), era hadith eraga nti Nabbi yagyoogera kiseera kirala nnyo mukifaananyi ekyeyawulidde.

Owange ggwe omusomi, my’ebyo byonna ebiyise, tusobola okujjamu:

(1)         Okulayira ekitali katonda tekigaana mumateeka, kubanga katonda yye kennyini yakikola mu Qur’an eyekittibwa nomubaka (s.a.w) naye n’akikola, nomusikawe – omukulembeze wabakkiriza, Ali(a.s) n’abasiraamu.

(2)         Okulayira ekitali katonda tekikkirizibwa – tetugamba nti tekisaana – mukulamula nemunkayagana, wabula kyatteeka okulayira katonda oba ekimu kubitendobye ebyobwanannyini nga bwekyakakata nobujulizi obweyawulidde era nekikwa-atagana nokunoonyereza kwetuliko.

(3)         Hadith ebbiri abawahaab zebesembesa kukuziyiza okulayira ekitali katonda, tezirina nkwaatagana nakunoonyereza kwetuliko okwokulayira nebitukuvu ebyobusiraamu nga Qur’an, nekaaba, ne baNnabbi, neba Imam, n’abagalwa baktonda. Okulayira okwaaganibwa kwekulayira abazadde abesinzanga amasanamu mumulembe ogwobutamanya nebintu ebirala ebitalina kitibwa. Abawahaab bwebatyo bweboolesa okumatiza (okwobusiraamu!!) okukyaamu kwebateeka kundowooza zaabwe enfu.  Amatendo gonna ga Allah omulezi webitonde byonna.
