OKULAYIRIRA KUKATONDA N’EBITIIBWA BYABAGALWA BAKATONDA

Mazima ensonga ezirimu okwawukana wakati wabawahaab nabasiramu, kwekubeera nga bbo (abawahaab) baziyiza:

1-     Okulayirira kukatonda neebifo byabagalwa bakatonda.

2-     Okulayira ekitali katonda.

Era ebiseera ebimu, batwaala emiteeko egyo ebiri nti kubeera kugatta kukatonda owekitiibwa.

Nekigenda okuddirira, kwekunonyereza kunsonga eyo, tulyoke tufune etteeka lyobusiramu ettuufu.

Okulayirira kukatonda nebitiibwa byabagalwa baktonda.

Qur’an eyekittibwa eyogero kubamu mubaddu baktonda:

“Abagumiikiriza, n’abogera amazima, nabatya katonda, n’abagaba, nabasaba okusonyiyizibwa ebiseera byekiro”.([1])

Singa omuntu ayimirira mukiro wakati, n’asaala kulwakatondawe, oluvanyuma n’amwewombekera, n’agamba:

“Ai katonda, nkusaba kulwekitiibwa kyabasaba okusonyiyizibwa, nsonyiwa ebyonoono byange”.

Kisoboka kitya okutwaala ekigambokye ekyo nti Shirik mu Ibaada?

Mazima Shirik mu Ibaada (mukwesinza) kwekusinza ekitali katonda oba okuddira ekitali katonda, n’okyesinza era nokitwaala nti nsibuko yabikolwa byakatonda.

Naye mukifo ekyo, omusaaze ayolekera ewakatonda owekitiibwa, nga tasaba kintu kyonna okujjako okuva muye (s.w). kale omulimo ogwo bwegubeera nga guli haraam, alina okubeera nomusango omulala ogutali Shirik, era kukipimo ekyo, katonda wagambira:

“Era katonda bw’aba nga y’ayogeddwako yekka, emitima gy’abo abatakkiriza nkomerero, gyitamwa, naye ebyo ebitali katonda bwebiba nga byebyogeddwako, obalaba nga basanyuka”.([2])

Ate mu Aya endala, Qur’an eyogera kuboonoonyi – mushirikiina:

“Mazima bbo, baali nga bwebaba bagambiddwa nti teri yesinzibwa okujjako Allah, bekuluntaza era nebagamba nti ffe tuleke baktonda baffe Olwomuyimbi omulalu”([3])

Nolwekyo, Okusinziira ku Aya ezo ebbiri, agatta kukatonda y’oyo owomutima ogwetamwa, katonda omu bw’abeera nga yayogeddwako ate negusanyuka nga omasanamu gogeddwako oba yekuluntakiza kukukkiriza obw’omu bwakatonda owekitiibwa.

Oluvanyuma lwekipimo kyaQur’an ekyo, twebuuza: Abaffe, oyo ayimirira ekiro, n’akutula amasaawa nga ali mukwesinza nokuwa-njaga nokusaba, n’asaalira mumaaso gakatonda nga muwombeefu nobumalirivu bwonna era nalayirira kukatonda nekifo ekyaba-galwaabe abalongoofu era n’amusaba nabaddube abamutya ... abaffe omuntu oyo, abeera mushirik mumulimogwe ogwo?!

Era ngeriki gyaba avudde kukujjukira katonda, era neyekulu-ntaliza kukukkiriza obwomu bwakatonda (s.a)?

Lwaki tulaba abatunzi bebitabo abawahaab nga besigamira kumisingi egyitaliimu nobujulizi obunafu okusinga ennyumba ya nabbubi era nebakasuukirira abasiramu nekigambo Shirik, bbo nebeetwaala nga b’ebokka “abalondemu bakatonda”?!

Era kijja kitya okutwaala ekyenda mwomwenda kubuli kikumi mubanannyini qibla nti bamushirikiina ate nebatwaala abe “Najid” nti bebokka ab’awula katonda awamu nokulaba ekipimo kyaQur’an ekyo ekiyise?!

Abaffe, Qur’an yakyusiza abawahaab amakulu gekigambo “Shirik” balyoke bakivvuunule nga bwebaagala era abamu babalamule nti bamushirikiina ate abamu nedda?!!

Mubutuufu, “Katonda yasiba envumbo kumitima gyaabwe, kale, bbo tebategeera”.

Omukulembeze wabakkiriza nokulayirira kukatonda

Mazima ffe tulaba okulayirira kukatonda mukusaba kwabaga-lwaabe abamuli okumpi.

Okugeza nga Imam oyo omukulembeze wabakkiriza, Ali (a.s), tumulaba mukusabakwe oluvanyuma lwokusaala eswala yekiro nga agamba:

“Ai katonda, mazima nze nkusaba kulwekitiibwa kyoyo eyekingiriza nawe okuva mubusungubwo neyesigamira kukiti-ibwakyo, neyewogoma mukisiikirizekyo, neyekwaata kumuguwagwo era n’abeera nga talina gweyesiga okujjako ggwe...”.([4])

Era agamba Imam (a.s) mudua gyeyayigiriza omu kubaswaha-ababe:

“... Neekitiibwa kyebifo kya basabi (kyebalina) kuggwe, n’abo abegomba okusembera gy’oli, n’abo abekingiriza naawe, n’abo abakwewombekera, nabuli kifo neekitiibwa bwabuli muddu okwesinza kubuli lukalu, oba kumazzi, oba muddungu, oba kunsozi. Nkusaba olusaba nga olw’oyo ayitiriddwako abwetaavu...”([5])

Abaffe, okusaba okwo okuzza obupya omwoyo gwomuntu, era nekwagalisa omuntu okwesinza, nokwewombeeka okwo mumaaso gakatonda… birina ekigendererwa ekirala okujjako okunyweeza obw’omu bwakatonda, nokukakasa nti teri esaana kuddukirwa okujjako ewakatonda, nokwolesa okwagala nomukwaano eri abagalwa bakatonda nemikwaanoje – nga era okusaba okwo, mukiseera kyekimu, kulaga okwolekera eri katonda?!!

Okusinziira kundowooza eyo, ... Abawahaab balina okwekomako okwolekeza abasiramu obukaafiiri nobushirik, era kisaana okwetegereza ensonga eyo nga bakozesa amagezi nobujulizi.

Nolwekyo, ky’ova olaba abawahaab abamu – abalinamukko obwenkanya – b’etegereza “Okulayirira kukatonda nobukakafu bwabagalwa bakatonda” nebabeera nga baakomekkereza nga bagamba nti kuli haraam oba kutamwa, okwawukanako ne “Swan-ane” – omuwahaab – eyagamba nti Shirik.

Mukiseera kino, ... oluvanyuma olwokutegeera ebigambo ebyetoloolerwaako emboozi, tulina okwetegereza ensonga nga tugiteese wansi womutwe ogugamba nti haraam oba Makrooh, era tunnyonyole obujulizi obulaga obutuufu bwensonga eyo. Era kati tugamba:

Obukakafu bwokulayira okwo mubusiramu nobutuufu bwaakwo

Okulayirira kukatonda neba “Auliya” kwajja muhadith eziwerako, era nga ezimu z’ava kumubaka wakatonda (s.a.w), ate ezimu neziva kuba Imam Ahlul Bait (a.s) era okusinziira kuhadith ezo tekisoboka kugamba nti okulayira okwo kuli haraam oba makrooh.

Ebyokulabirako

1- Nga bwetwamala okukyogerako, Nabbi (s.a.w) yayigiriza omusajja muzibe eyamujjira nga ayagala. Okumusabira katonda amuddize okulabakwe. Nabbi yamuyigiriza nti agambe:

“Ai katonda, nze nkusaba era njolekera gy’oli neNabiwo Muhamad Nabbi owoku sasira”.([6])

2- Yagamba Abu Sa-eed AlKhudr, okuva kuNabbi (s.a.w) eduwa eno:

“Ai katonda, nze nkusaba nekifo kyabasabi kyebalina kuggwe, era nkusaba nekitiibwa kyokutambula kwange kuno...”([7])

3- Mazima Nabbi Adam y’enenya ewakatonda (s.w) nebigambobye:

“Nkusaba nekitiibwa kyaMuhamad okujjako nga onsonyiwa”([8])

4- Nabbi (s.a.w) bwamala okuziika Sayyidat Fatima bint Asad, Maama wa Imam Ali (a.s), yamusabira nebigambobye:

“Sonyiwa maama wange Fatima bint Asad, era omugaziyirize obuyingirobwe olwekitiibwa kyanNabiwo nebaNabbi abansooka”([9])

Eduwa ezo, wadde nga teziriimu njatuza yakigambo “kulayira”, amakulu gaazo galaga nti okulayira mwekuli.

5- Agamba Sayyid Shuhada, Imam Hussein bn Ali (a.s) mukusabakwe:

“Ai katonda nkusaba nebigambobyo, nabakakasa ekitiibwakyo, n’abali muggululyo, nemunsiiyo, nebanabibo nababakabo, obeere nga onnyamukula, mazima ensonga zange zizzemu obuzibu, kale nkusaba osse ebyengera kuMuhamad nekubantu baMuhamad, era ontekere munsonga zange obwangu”.

Era bw’oba nga otunuddeko muSwahiifat Sajjadiyya eya Imam owokuna muba Imam ba Ahlul Bait – Imam Zainil Abidiina (a.s) – olaba nga okulayira okulimu kuyitirivu nnyo era nga bwebumu kubujulizi obulaga obutuufu bwatawassul efanana bwetyo, nga bwekiri mukyokulabirako:

6- Imam oyo agamba mukusabakwe okwolunaku lwa Arafa:

“Kulwekitiibwa nekifo([10]) kyoyo gwewalonda mubitondebyo, n’oyo gwewalonda nga wuwo, nekulwekitiibwa kyoyo gwewalonda okuva mubantubo, n’oyo gwewayawula olwensongazo. Kulwekitiibwa nekifo kyoyo gwewayunga okumugondera kukukugondera, n’oyo gwewayunga okumuwalana kukukwalana”.([11])

7- Ne Imam Swadiq (a.s) bweyalambula ekifo kyajajjawe Imam Amiiril Mu-uminnin (a.s), yasaba kunkomerero ya ziyaara:

“Ai katonda, yanukula okusaba kwange, era okkirize okukutenda kwange, era Ongatte n’abagalwa bange kulwekifonekitiibwa kyaMuhamad ne Ali, ne Fatima ne Hassan ne Hussein”([12])

Owange ggwe omusomi owekitiibwa, eduwa mpitirivu ezirimu okulayirira kukatonda neebifo ebyebitiibwa ebya bagalwaabe okuva kuba Imam (a.s) eranga zonna ziraga obutuufu bwokulayira okwo.

Obujulizi bwabawahaab kukuziyiza

Abawahaab balina obumu kubujulizi bwebaaleeta obulaga obutakkirizibwa kulayirira kukatonda nebifo ebyebitiibwa Ebyabagalwaabe naye obujulizi obwo bunafu era tebusaana kwesembesebwa mukifo ekyo.

Kati nno, katubunnyonyole era tukulage nobunafu Obulimu:

1- Baagamba: Begatta abamanyi bobusiramu nebagamba nti okulayirira kukatonda nebitonde oba neebifo byebitonde, kiri haraam.([13])

Okwankula:

Amakulu ga “Ejima”, kwekwegatta kwabamanyi bobusiramu mumulembe ogumu oba mumirembe gyonna, kutteeka mumateeka gobusiramu.

Okwo, kwekwegatta, era kutwalibwa nga bujulizi obwese-mbesebwa nabwo eri abasunni – okusinziira kukwegatta kwabamanyi kutteeka eryo bujulizi obwesembesebwa eri abashiya kubanga mwemuyitirwa okuzuula okukwaatagana kwaabwe nendowooza ya Imam ma-asuum oyo ebeerawo mubantu – kababeere bamulaba oba nedda.

Mukiseera kino, katulabe, abamanyi begatta kukuziyizibwa okwokulayira okwo, oba nedda?

Ffe, tetujja kutumuulira ndowooza yabamanyi abashiya oba amanyi abasunni kunsonga eno, wabula tugenda kunyonyola fatuwa zaba Imam abana, era nga tusooka kwebuuza: abaffe, ba Imam abana baalamula okulayira okwo nti kuli haraam?. Bwebaba nga bwebatyo bwebaalamula, tukusaba otulagirire ekitabo ekirimu okulamula okwo nolupapula.

Ebitabo bya Fiqh nebya hadith – ebyabamanyi abasunni- tebyayogerako kunsonga eyo, tulyoke tumanye endowooza yaabwe.

Nolwekyo, tubuuza: Okwegatta okwo kuliwa, omutunzi wekitabo “Alhadiyyatul Saniyya” kwagamba?!

Omuntu gweyajjako okulamula okwo, tamanyiddwa nakuma-nyibwa era talina naddoboozi – ayitibwa “Al-ezzi bn Abdusaalam”.

Abaffe, ebitabo byonna byaggweera mukitabo “Hadiyyat Saniyya” ate abamanyi bonna nebakunganira mu “Al-ezzi Abdussalam”?!!

Nekyewuunyisa, omutunzi wekitabo oyo kennyini yayogera mukitabo ekyo kyennyini nti Abu Haniifa nomuyiziwe, Abu Yusufu, baalamula nebagamba nti okulayira okwo tekuli haraam, wabula kuli makrooh.

Noluvanyuma, twebuuza, omutnu alina kitiibwaki awali hadith entuufu ezaava kumubaka wakatonda (s.a) nabantube, ba Imam abatukuvu (a.s) – abo abamanyi abasunni bebegattako nebakakasa nti bwebuzito obwokubiri oluvanyuma lwaQur’an era nebakakasa nti ebigambo byabwe byesembesebwa mumateeka gobusiramwu?!([14])

Ate nokwongera kw’ebyo, ebyo byagamba nti byava ku Abu Haniifa, tebirina bukakafu.

Kale, tukomekkereza nga tugamba nti teri bujulizi bwonna bwebekwaasa, nti ate abamanyi b’egatta.

2- Oluvanyuma olwokusangulawo obujulizi bwabawahaab obusooka, nokunyonyola obutali butuufu bwaabwo, katuleete obujulizi bwaabwe obwokubiri era nga kyekigambo eky’omu mubo:

“Mazima okusaba neebifo nebitiibwa byebitonde, tekusaana kubanga teri bifo nabitiibwa byekitonde kumutonzi”([15])

Okuddamu:

Mazima okwesembesa okwo, kukoonagana nobujulizi obutuufu obweyolefu kubanga singa ekitonde kyaali tekirina bukakafu kumutonzi owekitiibwa, lwaaki Nabbi Adam (a.s) ne Nabbi Muhamad (s.a.w) baalayirira kukatonda nobukakafu obwo, era nebasaba katonda ekyetaago kulwaabwo – nga bwekiri muhadith ezogeddwa emabega?!

Nokwongera kwebyo ... abasajja abo bagambaki ku Aya zaQur’an ezikakasa nti abaddu bakatonda abalongoofu balina ebifo neebitiibwa eri katonda owekitiibwa, nga nehadith nazo bwezigamba?!

Soma Aya zino:

“Era ky’avadda nga kitukakatoko okutaasa abakkiriza”([16])

“Ndagaano kuye eyamazima mu Taurat nemu Enjeel”([17])

“Bwekityo kikakafu gyetuli okuwonya abakkiriza”([18])

“Mazima okwenenya katonda kwakkiriza kuli kw’abo abakola ebibi nga tebamanyi...”([19])

Oluvanyuma lwa Aya ezo waliwo nehadith eziwereraddala nga z’ogera kunsonga eyo, era ezimu zezino:

1- “kikakafu kukatonda okuyamba oyo awasa olwokwagala okwekuuma kw’ebyo ebyaziyizibwa ne Allah”.([20])

2- Yagamba omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w):

“Abantu basatu abakakata kukatonda okubaymba: Omulwaanyi mukkubo lyakatonda, n’omuwambe ayagala okumuta, n’oyo awasa olwokwagala okwekuuma”([21])

3- “Omanyi obukakafu bwabaddu kukatonda ...”([22])

Mubutuufu, nga bwekimanyiddwa, teri muntu yenna alina bukakafu bwakubanja katonda kuba nebweyesinza katonda okumala ebyaasa n’ebyaasa, kubanga buli kyonna ky’alina – omuddu – ky’ava wakatonda era talina kyeyayamba katonda alyooke abeereko nempeera gyabanja katonda.

Naye ekigambo “bukakafu”, kitegeezaaki?

Ekigendererwa mukigambo “bukakafu” (Haqq) – mubigambo ebyo – yempeera n’ekitiibwa ekyo katonda kyeyawa obanddube olwokumugondera n’okugoberera ebyabalagirwa. Kale ebyo byonna kwongezebwa nakulabirirwa okuva ewa katonda, nga era ekyo kiraga bukwaatampolabwe nabugulumivubwe.

Ekigambo “Haqq” kyetulayira nakyo kukatonda, era obukakafu obwo, katonda yeyabuteekawo, sossi muddu nti y’alina okuwaliriza katonda, nga amakulu gahadith bwegali.

Ekyo kiringa okwewola, katonda kweyewola okuva mubaddube, nga bwagamba:

“Ani oyo awola katonda oluwola olulungi”([23])

Mazima okulagaanyisa kwakatonda kuno – n’okuwa abaddube empeera – kusibuka kukisa kyakatonda nokulabirira abaddube abalongoofu kubanga yye kululwe y’eraba nga abanjibwa n’abaddube, era n’atwaala abaddube nga bebanannyini bukakafu obwo – era mwekyo, mulimu okusikiriza n’okwagazisa abaddube okumugondera, nga bwekimanyiddwa.
