OKWEYAMIRA ABAFU

Nga tetunnaba kugenda kukintu kyonna, katunyonyole amakulu gekigambo “NADHIR”:

Ekigambo ekyo, kitegeeza omuntu okwekakasaako okukola ekintu kyonna (yye ky’aba asazeewo) Singa ekigendererwaakye kiba kitukiridde oba ekyetaagokye okumalibwa, nga bwayinza okugamba: kulwakatonda njakukola... Singa nfuna ... oba ekizibukyange ... kiggwa.

Ekyokulabirako: kulwakatonda njakusoma Qur’an ngimaleko singa nnaayita ebigezo.

Okwo, kwekweyama okukirizibwa mumateeka g’obusiramu era kulinakubeera kulwakatonda yekka.

Singa omweyamira agamba nti neyamye kulwagundi..., kiba kitegeeza nti neyamye kulwakatonda naye nga empeera zagundi... . Empeera yokweyama eri kubantu basatu:

1-                              Empeera okubeera kumuntu nanyini kweyama.

2-                              Empeera okubeera ey’omuntu omulamu.

3-                              Empeera okubeera ey’omuntu eyafa.

Kiri kumuntu nanyini kweyama okweteekako empeera oba okugiteeka kumulamu – omu oba bangi – oba omuntu eyafa – omu oba bangi.

Emiteeko egyo jonna gyikkirizibwa, era kikakata kumutu nanyini kweyama okutuukiriza ekyeyamokye ekizibukye bwekiba kiwedde.

Mazima katonda owekitiibwa yatenda Imam Ali ne Fatuma ne Hassan ne Hussein (a.s) mukigambokye:

“batuukiriza ekyeyamo”.([1])

Owange ggwe omusomi owekitiibwa, mazima okweyama nkola emanyiddwa mubasiramu bonna munsi yonna nokusingiraddala ensi ezirimu entaana z’abagalwa bakatonda nabaddube abalongoofu.

Mazima abasiramu baakitegeeradda nti kisoboka okweyama kulwakatonda, empeera n’eweebwa omu kubagalwabe nabaddube abalongoofu.

Eyo y’embeera eyaliwo okutuusa omusiikuuzi wafitina nobunnanfuusi (Ibn Taimiyya) naagamba nti okweyama kuli haraam, naateka olutalo kubasiramu nokusingiraddala Abashia kubanga (okweyama) kwategeerekaka nyo mubo okusinga mubalala olwobuyitirivu bwentaana z’abagalwa bakatonda munsi zaabwe. Ibn Taimiyya yatuuka nokubawayiriza nti bakola Shirik era babuze. Yagamba: “Omuntu yenna bweyeyama kulwaNabbi oba omulala yenna mubaNabbi n’abagalwa bakatonda mw’abo abaafa, oba naasala ekisolo kyonna, abeera nga bamushirikiina abaasaliranga amasanamu gaabwe nebageyamira. Omuntu oyo aba yesinzizza ekitali katonda, kale n’olwekyo, abeera mukafiiri”.([2])

Oluvanyuma Muhamad bn Abdul Wahaab yajja – oluvanyuma olwebyaasa nga bisatu – n’agoberera oyo eyamusooka era n’alamusa eby’obulimbabye.

Mazima teyamanya – oba yefuula atamanyi – nti ebipimo ebyemirimo biyimiridde kukumalirira kwamutima (mazima emirimo gyonna gyiyimiridde kukumalirira).

Omulimo bweguba nga gulamulwa okusinziira kungulu kwagwo, kiba kiraga nti emikolo egimu ogyomuhijja gifaananako nokwesinza amasanamu, kubanga baali beetoloola amasanamu gabwe era nebaganywegera nga naffe bwetwetoloola ekaabo eyekitiibwa netunyweegera ejjinja eriddugavu netusala ebisolo emina mulunaku lwa Idd Adhuha. Abaffe, bwetukola ebyo tuba tukaafuwadde era tuba tugasse kukatonda?!!

Mazima ebipimo ebyemirimo, kwekumalirira okwomumutima era tekisaana kulamula mulimo kusinziira kundabika yagwo eyokungulu.

Buli muntu yenna aba yeyamye kulwomu mubaagalwa bakatonda, aba agenderedde kweyama kulwakatonda, awe empeera eri oyo omwagalwa omulongoofu.

Ekyomukisa omulungi, abamanyi nabagunjufu mubashiya nabasunni baasamba ebigambo bya Ibn Taimiyya ebyobulimba nendowoozaze. Khalidi adda mubigambo bya Ibn Taimiyya nga agamba:

“Mazima ekikulu kwekumalirira kw’abo abeyama, - Mazima emirimo gyonna gituuka nakumalirira – ekigendererwa ekyomweyami bwekibeera nga yeyamye kulwamufu yye kenyini nakusembera gyaali, okwo okweyama tekutuukirira, ekigambo kimu. Naye ekigendererwakye bwekibeera nga yeyamye kulwakatonda omugulumivu nokugasa abalamu – mungeri yonna – n’okuwa empeera eri oyo gweyeyamidde, - k’abeere nga anyonyodde engeri eyokugasibwamu oba nedda ebbanga ebigambobye lyebimala nga bitegeerekaka okusinziira kunkola emanyiddwa mubantu – kiba kikakata okutuukiriza okweyama okwo”.([3])

Oluvanyuma yayogera ebyo abamanyi abaaliwo kumulembe gwe byebayogera naabo abaddirira omulembegwe ebikwata kunsonga eyo.

Ne Izaami yagamba – mukitabo: Furuqanul Qur’an:

“... Omuntu bw’abuuza embeera yabantu abakola ekyo mubasiramu, abasanga nga ekigendererwa kyaabwe mukusala nokweyama, sirwabafu – mubaNabbi oba muba Auliya – wabula basaddaka kulwabwe nebabawa empeera yaamu. Era mazima baamanya nti abasunni bonna begatta kukukkiriza nti Saddaka y’abalamu egasa era eyamba abafu, era ebatuukako. Era nehadith ezogera kunsonga eyo ntuufu zimanyiddwa Muzo:

Hadith entuufu okuva ku Sa-ad, yabuuza Nabbi (s.a.w): “Yagamba: Owange ggwe Nabbi wakatonda, mzaima maama wange yafa, ate mmanyi bulungi nti singa okyaali mubulamu, yalibadde asaddaaka, abaffe, bwemba nga nsaddase kululwe, saddaka eyo, emugasa?

Nabbi (s.a.w) n’agamba: yyee.

Nayongera okubuuza Nabbi (s.a.w): Saddaakaki egasa, owange gwe omubaka wakatonda?

- N’agamba: mazzi.

N’aasima (Sa-ad) oluzzi, naagambo: oluzzi luno lwa maama wa Sa-ad”([4])

Mubutuufu, Muhamad bn Abdulwahaab yakola ensobi kubanga yalowooza nti omuntu bwagamba nti Saddaaka eno yaNabbi oba yamwagalwa wakatonda aba ategeeza amakulu agali mukugamba nti “neyamye kulwakatonda”, nga ate omuntu bw’agamba nti neyamye kulwaNabbi, aba ategeeza nti empeera erimu nemigaso byaNabbi (s.a.w) mubulamuubwe oba mukufaakwe.

Era Izaami wagambira kunsonga eyo – oluvanyuma olwokwogera ekyafaayo kya Sa-ad:

“Amakulu agali mukigambo “oluzzi luno lwamaama wa Sa-ad” kwekubeera nga y’agenda okufuna empeera sosikumutwaala nti yasinzibwa era gwayagala okusembera gyaali. Kale nebigambo by’abasiramu bwebityo. Mazima bbo balinga Sa-ad, tebesinza birala bitali katonda. Era ebigambo byabwe biringa ekigambo kyakatonda “Mazima Saddaka z’abaavu” Sosi nga ekigambo kyakatonda “Ai omulezi, mazima nze neyamye gyooli, oyo ali mulubuto lwange ajja kubeera mukukuweereza…([5]) oba ekigambo ekyomwogezi: nsadde kulwakatonda, neneyama kulwakatonda, kale bwasala kulwaNabbi oba waliyyi oba bweyeyama kuluwe ekintu kyonna, aba tagenderera kirala okujjako okusaddaaka kululwe era n’amuwa empeera ezivuddemu. Awo nno ekyo nekiryoka kibera mubirabo byabalamu eri abafu ebikkirizibwa era ebiweebwaako empeera eri oyo ab’iwadde. Neebikwaata kunsonga eyo ebisingawo biri mubitabo ebya Fiqh nemubitabo ebidda mumusajja n’oyo eyamugoberera”.([6])

kimaze okukweyolekera – owange gwe omusomi – nti kikkirizibwa okweyama kulwaNabbi oba waliyyi awatali kubeeramu kantu konna kashiriki, era nanyini kweyama afuna empeera bw’aba nga akikoze kulwakatonda era n’asala kulinya lyakatonda. Kale ekigambo kyomwogezi: “nsaze kulwa Nabbi” tekitegeeza nti gwayagadde omuweemu empeera wabula aba ayagala empeera zeyalifunye zigende kuye, nga omwogezi bwayinza okugamba: “nsaze kulwamugenyi” amakulu omugaso nokugasibwa bibye era y’abadde ensonga evuddeko okusala.

Era ekinyonyola ekyo, byebigambo ebyaava ku Thabit bn Dhahhak, yagamba:

“Omusajja yeeyama kumulembe gw’omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w) okubeera nga asala engamiya (mu Bawaana), najja eri omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w) n’amubuulira, Nabbi n’agamba:

Abaffe mwalimukko kussanamu eryesinzibwa mumasanamu gomulembe ogwobutamanya?

Ne bagamba: Nedda.

N’agamba: Abaffe, baakulizaamukko kulunaku munnaku zaabwe?

Ne bagamba:Nedda

N’agamba (s.a.w) omusajja eyabuuza: tuukiriza kyeweyama, kubanga teri kutuukiriza kyeyamo mukujeemera katonda oba mw’ekyo omuntu kyatalina”.([7])

Era byayogerwa:

“Mazima omukazi yajja eri Nabbi (s.a.w) n’amugamba:

owange ggwe omubaka wakatonda ... nze neyama okusalira mukifo gundi negundi – ekifo kyaali kisalirwaamu mumulembo ogwobutamanya.

Nabbi namugamba: Sanamu?

N’agamba: Nedda

N’agamba: kibajje?

N’agamba: Nedda

N’agamba: tuukiriza ekyeyamokyo”.([8])

Hadith endala eva ku Maimuuna bint Karidan, mazima taatawe yagamba omubaka wakatonda (s.a.w):

“Owange ggwe omubaka wakatonda, mazima nze neyama nti singa nzalirwa omwaana omulenzi, njakusalira kuntandikwa ya “Buwaana” – mu “Aqabat mina thanaya – embuzi eziwerako. Omwogezi eyawulira okuva kuye yagamba: Simanyi, wabula alinga eyagamba: ataanu. Omubaka wakatonda n’agamba: mulimu ekibajje kyonna?

N’agamba: Nedda.

N’amugamba: tuukiriza ekyo kyeweyama naye kulwakatonda”. ([9])

Owange gwe omusomi, ndowooza olabye engeri Nabbi gyaddingana mukibuuzo okulaba oba mukifo ekyokusaliramu kirimu amasanamu. Ekyo kiba kiranga nti okweyama okutakkirizibwa kwekweyama kulwamasanamu kubanga eyo yempisa eyali mubantu abomumulembe ogwobutamanya nga obusiramu tebunnaba kujja. Mpozzi nga katonda bwagamba:

“Nekisolo ekisaliddwa kulwamasanamu ... obwo bubeera bwononefu.”([10])

Era buli yenna amanyi embeera yabalambuuzi abagenda mubifo ebitukuvu ebyabaagalwa bakatonda abalongoofu, akimanyi bulungi nyo nti beyama kulwakatonda owekitiibwa nakusiimakwe era nebasala kulwalinyalye olw’okugasa omufu muntaana n’okumuwa empeera nga abaavu nabo bwebagasibwa n’ennyama.

Nga tukomekkereza ekitundu ekyo, katusembyeeyo ekigambo kya khalidi - oluvanyuma olw’ebyo Abu Dauda byeyayogera mukitabokye (Sunan).

Agamba: “Wabula Abakhawaarigi hadith gyebesembesa kubutakkiriza kweyamira mubifo byaBanabbi nabalongoofu, - nga balowooza nti Banabbi nabalongoofu masanamu, era nembaga zabakaafiiri – ebyo byonna byamububuze bwaabwe era bigunjeewo era kubeera kukakkanya Banabbi nabalongoofu okutuuka okubayita amasanamu. Ekyo kiraga kubanyooma, nokusingiradda BaNabbi, omuntu yenna bwagezaako okubakakkanya wadde mungeri eyokuyita kumabbali, aba akaafuwadde era okwenenyaakwe tekukkirizibwa – mubimu kubigambo.

Era abantu abo, bebawansi olw’obutamanya bwaabwe kubanga baddira okubakolako tawassulu nebakuyita Ibaada naye bwebavaawo bayita BaNabbi amasanamu. Mubutuufu, tebalina babafaanana mubutamanya bwabwe nemububuze. Allah y’amanyi”!([11])
